Hardware and Returns Policy

Shipping

During checkout, you can either decide to pick up the Hardware directly from our office or get it shipped to your address. We will ship your products to you using a carrier selected by us and since we use third party shipping, Shopper Concepts BV is not liable for delays, loss, damage, or penalty you incur from any delay in shipment or delivery. In case the Hardware product you have ordered is out of stock, we will notify you and communicate when we might have it in stock

Returns

In case you are unsatisfied with our products, we guarantee a refund of your purchase if you return the hardware within 30 days of purchase as long as the hardware is in its original condition and packaging. Only products purchased directly from us are eligible for a refund within the 30 day period. Unfortunately, we do not refund shipping fees.

In order to process a return, please email us at support@cashorcardpos.com with your Order id and what the reason for your return might be. We would like to know why our product didn’t work for you. Once we have received your return, please allow a minimum of 10 days for us to process your refund.

Warranty

Since we only use third party hardware we cannot provide warranty for these and are not liable for defect that the hardware may have, however we would recommend that you contact the manufacturer directly.
